Why is my account verification denied?

Your account verification could be denied due to the following reasons:

• Your documents do not match.
• Your document is not valid up to 6 months from the date you submitted your KYC application.
• Your document is not legible and/or it appeared to be modified by a photo editing software.
• Your selfie is unclear, has glare, or is blurry.

Please resubmit your account verification application and make sure you carefully follow our requirements in order to have a successful account verification next time. Please note too that PIWI247 has sole discretion whether to approve or deny any account verification.
